Belongs here: a trade-law repeal, a war fought substantially over trade access, a national economic-liberalization program, a foreign-aid reconstruction program or a fiscal stimulus program. Does not belong here: a change to the rules or institutions of the monetary system itself, grouped under Monetary System and Central Banking Milestones.
